Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Tetrix products, including Scribe and any related services, websites, or applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.
Services Description
Tetrix provides productivity software designed with a privacy-first, local-first architecture. Our current products include Scribe, a writing application with on-device AI capabilities, and related services. We may modify, update, or discontinue features of our Services at any time.
Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Subscriptions & Billing
Tetrix offers a free tier with core functionality. For access to advanced features, we offer the following subscription plans:
- Pro Monthly: $14.99 per month
- Pro Annual: $144.99 per year
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Free Trial
We may offer free trial periods for our subscription plans from time to time. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of the first paid billing cycle.
Enterprise Subscriptions
Custom enterprise plans with tailored terms, volume licensing, and dedicated support are available. For enterprise inquiries, please contact us at sales@tetrix.tech.
Refund Policy
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly for App Store purchases.
Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Services. Your documents, notes, and creative work are yours.
Tetrix and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, designs, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tetrix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
